Sujit Choudhry Well-Known Personality in the World of Comparative Law

As one of the leading experts on comparative constitutional experts, Sujit Choudhry has traveled across the globe and has worked with some of the prominent legal scholars around the world. He believes that the political situation in many of the countries today is getting worse due to the fact that their constitution is outdated and old and needs to be revised. Sujit Choudhry is considered to be an expert in the legal field and comparative law. As the authority on comparative law, Sujit Choudhry has also started Center for Constitutional Transition to help propagate the importance of comparative law worldwide.  He believes that many of the world political and constitutional issues can be solved with the help of the methodologies of the comparative law. Sujit Choudhry’s parents were professors and it helped him gain the importance of education at a very young age. Sujit Choudhry studied law from three of the top universities in the world, that includes Oxford School of Law, Harvard Law School of Business, and then from Toronto University. Sujit Choudhry has worked on many legal journals and many of his papers are published, which are used as references to the world over. Currently, he is working as a professor at the Berkeley Law College, where he previously worked as Dean as well.
